How Selfeed works underneath
Most of this app is not worth a page. The camera takes a photograph; the reminder arrives at the hour you set. Two pieces are worth explaining properly, because they are the ones people are right to be sceptical about.
The widget
How somebody else's photograph gets onto your home screen without a notification, without a sound, and without you opening anything.
What is kept
Ninety days free, all the years on Pro — and what those words mean precisely, down to which file and which day.
What is not on this list, and why
Streaks and albums are real and load-bearing, and they have their argument made where somebody actually meets them: streaks under a habit, albums about things that are not faces under what you eat. Repeating either here would produce a page that exists for a search engine rather than a reader, and this site does not have those.
Or just try it
None of this needs reading first. Selfeed is open in the browser now, no install needed.
