Terms of Service

The short version: Selfeed is your photo diary. Stay lawful, be decent to the people you share with, and your account is yours to close at any time.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Selfeed you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

You sign in through Google, Apple or X, and you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Selfeed.

Your content

Your photos remain yours. By uploading them you grant us the licence needed to store and process them and to show them to you — and, only where you choose to share or publish something, to the people you shared it with. You are responsible for having the right to photograph what you upload.

Community guidelines and objectionable content

Selfeed has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You must not post or send content that is offensive, harassing, hateful, threatening, violent or sexually explicit, and you must not harass or abuse other people. You can report a photo or a reply from inside the app, and you can block a person at any time — from one of their photos in your feed, from their page, or, if they have a handle, from one of their replies. For anything the app does not let you report — a profile as such, a person you cannot reach that way — write to lapster.me@gmail.com. We review reports and remove objectionable content and eject abusive users, typically within 24 hours. A violation may cost the content, the account, or both, without warning.

Subscriptions

Selfeed Pro is an optional paid subscription that renews automatically. Apple bills it to your Apple Account, and the price and the billing period are shown before you confirm the purchase. It renews for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. If a free trial is offered, you are charged for the first period when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before then.

You manage and cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings (on your iPhone: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions), not in Selfeed. Where Family Sharing is turned on for a subscription, the people in your family group can use it too.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account; deletion is immediate and not recoverable. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

No warranties, limited liability

Selfeed is provided "as is". To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use Selfeed after a change means you accept it.
